We offer a range of property floor plans draw and measure service throughout Bristol and Bath.
As part of our property services we can measure and draw floor plans to your requirements. Whether you need your property measured or you just need a sketch drawn up on professional software, we can offer help.
Having a professional floor plan to market your property can be a benefit for potential buyers as they will be able to clearly see the existing layout and size of each room. This not only gives them a feel for the flow of the property but can also give an idea of the properties potential if they are thinking of carrying out renovations.
Photographs by themselves don’t always show the true size of a property. By giving people accurate dimensions can be a great way to attract more potential buyers.
We use a laser tape measure to ensure accuracy. The floor plan is drawn up using professional floor plan software either on site using an iPad or later on a computer.
For Estate agents, House builders, Property management companies, land lords etc we can also brand the floor plan with your logo and contact details if you wish. Please discuss when making the enquiry.
TYPES OF FLOOR PLANS
2D BLACK & WHITE
These are typically standard floor plans that are widely used.
2D COLOUR
We can offer a range of colour floor plans this example being the standard Metropolis.
3D VISUAL PLANS
We can also offer 3D floor plans with and without furniture.

Don’t have the software or the time to draw up the floor plans yourself? Simply send us your sketch with all the measurements and room names and we will transform it into a digitally drawn version for you. Just tell us what type of floor plan you require and we will send over either a pdf, PNG or JPEG.

A full site visit will be carried out where we will measure each wall with a laser measurer and then draw your floor plan to scale using our software.

WITH ANOTHER SERVICE
We discount are measure and draw service if we are already at the property to carry out another service such as marketing photos or an EPC

DRAW ONLY
If you require a draw only service then you can send us your sketch with the measurements and we will draw up the floor plan up on the computer.
