The Bridal suite
Picture starting the morning preparations in the bridal suite with champagne in the jacuzzi roll top bath over looking lake. Hair and make up with the bridesmaids and bridal party to follow, this is the perfect setting to hang your dress and for the girls to relax. Getting ready upstairs knowing there is only a short stroll to the ceremony can take the pressure off an otherwise hectic morning.
The Maximillian wedding Ceremony room
If you are planning an indoor wedding then the Maximillian ceremony room provides warm photo tones with its intricate dark woodwork and cosy chandelier lighting. The classic room has stunning garden views and feels like stepping back in time. Capable of seating up to 100 people, it’s ideal space for any family wedding.
The Rock bar
The Rock bar is a comfortable space and a favourite with many guests especially the guys as it boasts a juke box and games room with table football and pool table. Often the groomsmen will be found hanging out in here before the ceremony but it’s a popular space for the bride and groom to capture some fun photos and it’s easy to see why.
Manor By The Lake’s Grand Ballroom
The grand ballroom is where the guests spend the rest of the day. Here you will have the wedding breakfast, speeches and evening events with short breaks in between for them to transform the room. The ballroom is a large light and airy flexible space, ideal for entertaining friends and family with a total capacity allowance of 250 people.
Speeches
Speeches on Silver thrown’s usually follow on from the wedding breakfast. I love listening to funny stories of how they met and what they were like from their very first meeting. It’s a pleasure to capture natural reactions of the bride and groom as well as the wedding guests. As an add on I can also record the speeches for you which can be a lovely memory to rewatch.
Evening entertainment
The evening normally kicks off with the bride and groom cutting the cake on the dance floor before going straight into their first dance when the party really gets started.
